Fabien Paget started his career at Nike in 2004 and then joined the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy as a commercial director. In 2012, Fabien founded O2 Management, a boutique sports management company, representing brands and several world-class athletes across a variety of sports (tennis, soccer, swimming…). Fabien has managed the career of world-class and rising athletes on/off the field and worked with Serena Williams with the goal to secure mission-aligned partnerships in alignement with her commitment around women empowerment. In 2019, Fabien Paget co-founded 17 Sport to solve a problem and grow the contribution of the business of sport towards building a sustainable future. 17 Sport is the world's first sport impact company, working at the intersection of sport and purpose, in alignment with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals from the UN’s agenda 2030. Fabien and his team work with progressive brands, athletes, properties and NGO with a focus on enabling them to manage their investments in sport in a more purposeful way and in the process deliver positive financial, social and environmental outcomes. Fabien was recently been named #32 among the Top #100 Sport business leaders in France Under 40.
