GSWParis will return from May 9th to 13th, 2022. It will centre on two days of in-person events at the Accor Arena on May 10 and May 11, preceded by an Opening Party on May 9 at the Paris City Hall. In addition, a one-day GSW @ LA event, presented by 17 Sport and the LA84 Foundation, will take place at the LA84 Foundation’s headquarters on Wednesday May 11, screened live to delegates at the Accor Arena in Paris and online around the world. 

Global Sports Week Paris 2022 will offer a variety of engaging formats - off and online - to connect diverse participants and help shape radical, sports-led solutions addressing the biggest societal challenges of our time. Participants can expect:

Global Sports Week is held mainly in English. A small number of partner-led sessions may be conducted in French.

Speakers will continue to be revealed in regular intervals between now and the start of the events.

For privacy reasons, we will not make a full delegate list available to participants ahead of the event. To discover and interact with other event participants, create your profile on the GSW platform today.

Complementary hot and cold drinks, as well as snacks, will be provided throughout the two days of Global Sports Week 2022 taking place at the Accor Arena 10-11 May. Lunch is not included in the delegate ticket price. A wide variety of lunch options are available in the immediate vicinity of the venue.

GSWParis organizers have negotiated discount rates with partner hotels close to the Accor Arena. Access to attend the event is by invitation only. To express interest in attending, email info@globalsportsweek.com All full and digital pass holders of GSW Paris will also be able to watch the GSW @ LA event live and on-demand through our digital platform.

Yes! Delegates in LA can enjoy access to the GSWParis digital platform. It includes a live linear media channel (from the GSW Vision Stage) as well as a rich on-demand content library and the GSWConnect networking platform to meet and interact with GSWParis participants present in Paris and connected across the world. 

When you register online, you will receive a confirmation email and official receipt as soon as your registration is processed and paid. You will receive your badge in your email box a few days ahead of the event. Your pass will be re-sent to you on Monday 9 May ahead of the opening party of GSWParis 2022. Please make sure to check your spam email box.   

There are three different packages for GSWParis -  Digital and Full. Please discover what is included in each and the prices here.

Online registration is the only registration method for GSWParis. If you have any questions about this process, please contact info@globalsportsweek.com.

Yes, it is possible to pay by invoice. Follow the payment process on the GSWParis website, and on the last step ahead of finalizing your purchase, choose the option ‘Pay by invoice’. Following reception of your request, GSW will send you a confirmation and your pass for GSWParis 2022. 

No. Only holders of GSWParis full passes have access to the GSWParis 2022 Opening Party at the Hotel de Ville (Paris City Hall), organized in partnership with the City of Paris. To purchase your pass click on the button.

After registering, you will receive an email from Global Sports Week with a button to access the digital platform; clicking this button will automatically activate your account. If you have not received this email, please contact us.

On the authentication page, you can click on “forgot your password”. Provided that you have already created an account, you will receive an email with a verification code to change it. Check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

On this platform, you can exchange messages and video calls with other participants and benefit from contact and recommendations in your participant account. To do so, you need to:

- Access your profile and click on the “my info” tab.

- Make sure your networking options are activated by ticking the box in the “Want to network with others?” section.

During GSWParis 2022, there will be a “Watch Live” button on the top right of the menu bar. This will take you to the currently airing session. You can also access each session by clicking on the video on the top right section of each session’s description page. Either way, you will only be able to access the sessions once they are airing.

Yes! All GSW pass holders will have access to the sessions on demand after Global Sports Week is over. You can access the sessions on demand through the GSW digital platform.

Sure! You can access your profile, send messages to other participants, update your infos etc…

Not this year! Real-time delegate information and networking will be available via our mobile-optimized event website. 

QR codes will be displayed in different areas in the event to get you easily to the programme and the platform.

French law no longer requires vaccine / health passes for entry to venues, nor the wearing of face masks indoors. In line with good practice, the venue will be well aerated, with hand gel freely available to delegates.

Covid-19 restrictions at the French border were eased on 12 February 2022 for fully vaccinated travellers. Please visit the Interior Ministry’s website for more information.

If a delegate provides a positive test result (up to 7-days ahead of the start of Global Sports Week Paris), GSW will provide the delegate with a full refund (excl. tax).
