Experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry. Strong business development professional skilled in negotiation, budgeting, business planning, management and contract negotiation. Elected member in senior official positions within national and international table tennis. Elected President of ITTF in November 2021, she is also CEO at Rosengård Fastighets AB, a residential property estate company in Malmö, Sweden. The company was established in 2017 where she was recruited to startup the company in the position as CEO. The company portfolio exceeding 1700 apartments, that are located in a multicultural area with substantial work invested in social responsibility and security. Multiply awarded both from a customer point of view as by the real estate industry. Petra graduated from the Lunds University in 2002 from a Bsc Business & Administration degree. She is also a member of the NOC board of Sweden; a Board member at Intelligence Watch, a Swedish Think thank providing insights for sustainable development; Deputy President Diversity Index Award which is a diversity award that has been presented since 2012 and highlights role modelsand good examples by focusing on people, companies, or organizations that work to strengthen diversity, acceptance, and justice. She has been President at NyföretagarCentrum since April 2019; President at Swedish Table Tennis Association since 2003. She is Vice President Finance at ITTF and Chair of the Board of Trustees ITTF Foundation, which motto is “Solidarity through Table Tennis”. The non-profit organisation aims to use table tennis as a tool for positive social change through its 6 different programs.
