Working in the Video Game industry for more than 15 years, Morgane created in 2009 an independent PR, Influence Marketing & Social Media agency taking part in many exciting projects, both product launches or corporate campaigns for Activision, 2K, Electronic Arts, Bethesda, Warner Bros, Orange, the Walt Disney Company, and so on. Also founded in 2009, Women in Games is a not for profit organization that believes that getting more women into games and esports should be framed as a strategic priority, a business case for stronger teams, better insights, and innovative new products. Created when women numbered only 6% of the Games Industry workforce, Women in Games still have a long way to go in achieving a representative industry and better understanding on how to do that. In a recent survey of the global top 15 Games Companies, only 16% of women are represented in the executive teams. And esports offer an even bigger room for improvement as the number of women competing in esports is around 5%… yet approximately 50% of players globally are women. Morgane has been elected the president of Women In Games France in 2021, pushing locally the effort of the organization since then.
