Eliane Furuyama joined Common Goal in 2021 to manage the gender equity and inclusion initiatives in the organization. She has been involved in the sports industry for over 10 years and is working with sports as a platform for social change since 2014. Eliane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Sport Management.
