The recent transformation of the Accor Arena from a show venue to a living space has fuelled our thinking about the customer experience we will offer at the Porte de la Chapelle Arena (future Olympic site for Paris 2024 and then a new 9,000-seat Parisian venue). The changes in consumption patterns and the 2019-21 crisis have accelerated this diversification of our activities. The result?
